When you make a booking, you are automatically entering into a contract. Please note we require at least 48Hrs notice should you need to cancel your reservation.
Failing to adhere to the contract will carry a minimum surcharge of £40.

Most of the services we offer are weather dependant, If we experience adverse weather conditions we will contact you before your reservation and if need be reschedule.

Deposits
A 30% deposit will be taken for bookings exceeding £100. This is fully refundable if you decide to cancel no later than 48hrs notice or we cannot for fill the booking due to weather conditions.
Please ensure personal items are removed from the vehicle,vessel or aircraft. The full works will not be held responsible for items left.
Catchment area shall not exceed more than 15 miles outside of SL7 1AA, unless agreed by an adviser or technician in view of a booking.
